These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.moorqean.com. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before placing an order.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD. MOORQEAN reserves the right to change prices without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

  • Delivery times to the United States range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $99 USD.

  • For orders under $99, standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Pre-order and Made-to-Order items require an extended processing time of 10–20 business days before shipping.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt or from the date the tracking shows the item as delivered.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers must email us prior to returning any item. Unnotified returns may not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production or shipping may begin and cancellations will not be possible.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MOORQEAN and protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MOORQEAN is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
