1. When will my order ship? / 我的订单多久发货?

Most in-stock pieces ship within 2–4 business days. Pre-order or made-to-order items may take 10–20 business days. 大部分现货产品会在 2–4 个工作日内发出;预售或定制商品一般需 10–20 个工作日生产时间。

2. Do you ship internationally? / 是否支持国际配送?

Yes, we offer global shipping from our main atelier. Delivery times and fees are calculated at checkout. 是的,我们支持全球配送。预计时间及费用将在结算时显示。

3. How can I track my order? / 如何追踪订单?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track it via our Track Order page or platforms like 17TRACK or YunTrack.
订单发出后,您将收到含有物流单号的邮件,可通过我们的网站或上述平台进行追踪。

4. Can I return or exchange an item? / 是否支持退换?

Yes — we accept returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. 请在收到商品后 14 天内申请退换,前提是商品未穿着、未洗涤。

5. Where can I find sizing info? / 如何选择尺码?

6. Will sold-out items be restocked? / 售罄款是否会补货?

Some core pieces may be restocked in limited runs. Follow us on social media or subscribe to restock alerts. 部分核心单品将限量补货,建议关注我们的社交平台或开启补货提醒。

7. Can I change or cancel my order? / 下单后还能修改或取消吗?

Orders cannot be edited after confirmation. Please email us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to assist. 订单一经确认无法修改,请在下单后 12 小时内联系客服,我们会尽量协助处理。
