We want you to be completely satisfied with your MOORQEAN purchase. If for any reason you're not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

🕊️ Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, based on the tracking confirmation.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Please email our Customer Care team at moorqean.1@gmail.com before sending your item back. Unregistered returns may not be accepted.

🎁 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and special processing reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within the 14-day window, and our team will guide you through the process.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 Return Address

Our return warehouse address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.

Every item undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photos.
