Returns & Exchanges

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.moorqean.com. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before placing an order.

All prices are listed in USD. MOORQEAN reserves the right to change prices without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders are shipped from our primary logistics facility.

Delivery times to the United States range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Free shipping is available on orders over $99 USD. Standard shipping fees apply to orders under $99 and are calculated at checkout.

Pre-order and Made-to-Order items require an extended processing time of 10–20 business days before dispatch.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt or from the date the tracking shows the item as delivered. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers must email us prior to returning any item. Unnotified returns may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assist in checking availability and guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production or shipping may begin and cancellations will not be possible.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
